You’re going to the 2015 RSA Conference at San Francisco’s Moscone Center to learn about the latest and greatest in security threats, trends, and technologies, but that doesn’t mean you can’t kick back and let loose, too. Held in the heart of vibrant San Francisco and with over 30,000 security experts and influencers in attendance, RSA 2015 will provide almost as many opportunities for networking and socializing as it will for learning and sharing. Here’s a must-go party for every night of the conference.
Monday Night: The Qualys Private Reception at the St. Regis Hotel, 125 Third St., 7-10 pm
Kick off RSA 2015 with food, drink, and a sophisticated atmosphere at a private reception hosted by security and compliance cloud platform provider Qualys. Insiders note that the Qualys receptions offer great food and generous libations. The Qualys receptions draw an upscale, international crowd. Attendance requires pre-registration. RSVP here.
Tuesday Night: A Magical Evening with CipherCloud at the ROE Restaurant, 651 Howard St., 6-9 pm
Qualys isn’t the only cloud security vendor plying RSA attendees with food and drink, of course. On Tuesday night, we’ll be hosting our own gathering. Join us for cocktails, appetizers, gasps and laughs as Tim Noonan, renowned magician and entertainer, performs dazzling illusions and tells the occasional terrible pun. RSVP for the CipherCloud party here so you don’t miss out on the fun.
Wednesday Night: Microsoft Industry Appreciation Party at the Village, 969 Market St., 8 pm – midnight
With RSA 2015 in full swing and a full schedule of sessions and panels on your agenda, you’ll be ready to blow off some steam by Wednesday night. Microsoft aims to help you with that by hosting an industry appreciation party complete with food, music, and performing talent—a blowout for the security experts making their RSA conference rounds by day. Get your ticket to the Microsoft party at the Microsoft booth, #3505.
Thursday Night: RSA Conference Codebreakers Bash, Marriott Marqis, 7-11pm
Finally, let RSA help you celebrate the end of a productive conference with the Codebreakers Bash at the Marriott. The food and drink will flow, the live music will be blasting, and the dance floor will be packed at the Codebreakers Bash, which is open to all RSA 2015 attendees with a full conference pass.
At last count, we’d heard of 50 RSA 2015 parties, with more no doubt to be discovered as the conference kicks off. Remember, all work and no play makes Jack a dull security expert, so we hope to see you not just on the expo floor, but making your rounds in the party scene, too!
